Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with Crispy Potato Wedges & Fresh Salad

Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add chicken drumsticks and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).

2. Prepare the Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the outside and soft inside.
