Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add chicken drumsticks and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
2. Prepare the Potato Wedges
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the outside and soft inside.
