Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then whisk in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Do not overmix — the batter should be slightly lumpy but fully moistened.
2️⃣ Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. The top should be lightly golden and slightly springy.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
