Hibachi Steak & Shrimp Plate with Fried Rice & Veggies

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice (preferably day-old rice for better texture)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil (for frying rice)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (or any preferred vegetables)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (for the rice)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for vegetables)
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons (optional, for extra veggies)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

For the Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
