Homemade Strawberry Supreme Cake

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup strawberry puree (from fresh strawberries)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

For Garnish:

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and 1 cup of strawberry puree. Mix with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Bake: Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool: Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
