Homemade Strawberry Supreme Cake

  1. Cream the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Finish: Add the ¼ cup strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until the frosting is light, fluffy, and fully combined.

3️⃣ Assemble the Cake:

  1. Layer: Place one cooled cake layer on a serving plate or cake stand. Spread a generous layer of strawberry frosting over the top.
  2. Stack: Add the second cake layer on top. Frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining frosting, smoothing as desired.

4️⃣ Garnish:

  1. Decorate the top with fresh sliced strawberries. Add piped whipped cream swirls around the edges for extra flair (optional).
