Homemade Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea

Instructions

1. Steep the Tea:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove the pot from heat. Add the black tea bags (or loose-leaf tea in a strainer) and let steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.

2. Warm the Milk:

  1. While the tea is steeping, in a separate saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the milk. Do not let it boil.
  2. Stir in the honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk or stir gently until fully combined and aromatic.
