Instructions
1. Steep the Tea:
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove the pot from heat. Add the black tea bags (or loose-leaf tea in a strainer) and let steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
2. Warm the Milk:
- While the tea is steeping, in a separate saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the milk. Do not let it boil.
- Stir in the honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk or stir gently until fully combined and aromatic.
3. Combine & Serve:
