📋 Ingredients (Serves 1)

For the Salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Glaze:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or rice vinegar
  • Optional: pinch of red chili flakes 🌶️

For the Broccoli:

  • 1½ cups broccoli florets 🥦
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder or a squeeze of lemon
