Hot Honey Lobster Rolls (Sweet, Spicy & Buttery Bliss)

Instructions

1. Toast the Buns

  1. Lightly brush the outer sides of the brioche buns with butter.
  2. Toast in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven until golden and crisp. Set aside.

2. Warm the Lobster

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with hot honey, lemon juice, and Dijon (if using).
  2. Add the chopped lobster meat and gently warm it through, stirring to coat evenly. Do not overcook — just heat until warmed, 2–3 minutes max.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Assemble the Rolls

  1. Spoon the buttery hot honey lobster mixture generously into the toasted buns.
  2. Drizzle with a little extra hot honey if desired, and garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
