Instructions
1. Toast the Buns
- Lightly brush the outer sides of the brioche buns with butter.
- Toast in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven until golden and crisp. Set aside.
2. Warm the Lobster
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with hot honey, lemon juice, and Dijon (if using).
- Add the chopped lobster meat and gently warm it through, stirring to coat evenly. Do not overcook — just heat until warmed, 2–3 minutes max.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Assemble the Rolls
- Spoon the buttery hot honey lobster mixture generously into the toasted buns.
- Drizzle with a little extra hot honey if desired, and garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
