2. Mango Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango purée
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp gelatin powder
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin by mixing it with 2 tablespoons of warm water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.
- In a separate bowl, combine mango purée, sugar, lemon juice, and the bloomed gelatin. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula until smooth and airy.
- Spoon or pipe into serving glasses. Chill for 2–3 hours until set.
- Top with small mango cubes or mint just before serving.
3. Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango purée
- 1 cup yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Add mango purée, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, creamy, and fully combined. Adjust sweetness and consistency if needed by adding more milk or sugar.
- Serve immediately over ice or chill before serving. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom or chopped pistachios if desired.
