Irresistible Mango Desserts (Pudding, Mousse, Cheesecake & More)

2. Mango Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango purée
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin by mixing it with 2 tablespoons of warm water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mango purée, sugar, lemon juice, and the bloomed gelatin. Stir until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula until smooth and airy.
  5. Spoon or pipe into serving glasses. Chill for 2–3 hours until set.
  6. Top with small mango cubes or mint just before serving.

3. Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango purée
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Add mango purée, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and fully combined. Adjust sweetness and consistency if needed by adding more milk or sugar.
  3. Serve immediately over ice or chill before serving. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom or chopped pistachios if desired.
