For the Salmon:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into chunks π
- Salt & black pepper, to taste π§

- 1 tablespoon olive oil π«
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter π§
- 4 cloves garlic, minced π§
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces π₯¬
- ΒΎ cup chicken broth (or seafood stock) π
- 1 cup heavy cream π₯
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon π
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese π§
For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley πΏ
- Extra lemon zest π
