1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 10-inch springform pan. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Batter
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until very smooth and creamy.
- Add the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat well to combine.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Do not overbeat to avoid air bubbles.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cheesecake
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Gently place the Christmas Tree Cakes on top of the batter in a single layer.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cakes, covering them completely and smoothing the top.
