Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Brownie Base

  1. Crumble the baked brownies into small, bite-sized pieces using your hands or a fork. They should be soft and fudgy, not dry.
  2. Divide the crumbled brownies evenly among serving cups or dessert jars, pressing lightly to form a base layer. Set aside while preparing the cheesecake filling.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and continue mixing until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form (this helps create a light and fluffy texture).
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fully incorporated. Avoid overmixing to maintain a soft, mousse-like consistency.

3️⃣ Assemble the Cups

  1. Spoon or pipe a generous layer of cheesecake filling over the brownie base in each cup. Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
  2. Top each cheesecake layer with extra brownie crumbles, mini chocolate chips, or any of your favorite toppings for added texture and flavor.
  3. If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup or caramel sauce over the top for extra indulgence.
  4. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to set.
