1️⃣ Sauté the Garlic & Cook the Shrimp
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Avoid overcooking.
2️⃣ Add Lobster & Remove Seafood
- Stir in the chopped lobster meat and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, just until heated through.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked shrimp and lobster to a plate and set aside while you make the sauce.
3️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning or paprika, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon.
