🍽️ How to Make It
1️⃣ Smash the Patty:
- Divide the ground beef into a loose 4–5 oz ball. Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over high heat until hot.
- Place the beef ball in the skillet and immediately press it down with a spatula or burger press to flatten. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and browned. Add cheddar cheese on top, cover briefly until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
2️⃣ Warm the Lobster:
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped cooked lobster and toss gently to coat.
- Heat for 1–2 minutes just until warmed through and buttery — do not overcook. Set aside.
