Martha White Butter Swim Blueberry Sweet Biscuits – Buttery, Fruity & Melt-in-Your-Mouth

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Step 2: Mix the Batter

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine both packages of blueberry muffin mix with the buttermilk.
  2. Stir until smooth and no dry mix remains. Do not overmix.

Step 3: Add the Butter Base

  1. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Immediately pour the biscuit batter over the melted butter. Do not stir the butter into the batter — let it naturally surround the mixture.
  3. Use a spatula to gently smooth out the top of the batter and shape it evenly into the pan.
  4. Use a knife or spatula to score the batter into 9 even squares. This will help portion the biscuits after baking.

    Step 4: Bake
