3. Savory Herb Crust

This fragrant dough is perfect for quiche, savory galettes, or pot pies with herbal notes.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, or Italian blend)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup cold butter, cubed
  • 4–6 tbsp ice water

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or food processor to form a soft dough.
  2. Wrap and chill 1 hour before rolling and baking as needed.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
