1️⃣ Prepare the Base:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground tea biscuits, chopped nuts, and optional brown sugar.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until the texture resembles damp sand.
- Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until thick and fluffy.
- Add mashed banana to the cream cheese mixture and mix gently.
- Fold in the whipped cream in two additions until light and well combined.
- Pour this filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Sprinkle with a few chopped nuts if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, to set fully.
3️⃣ Make the Peanut Butter Cream Layer:
- Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined and fluffy.
- Spread evenly over the set cheesecake layer.
- Chill for 1 additional hour to firm up before adding the final topping.
