1️⃣ Prepare the Pudding Mixture
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
2️⃣ Make the Cake Base
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
- Arrange a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom, breaking pieces as needed to fill all gaps evenly.
3️⃣ Build the Layers
- Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the first layer of crackers.
- Add a second layer of graham crackers on top of the cream.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture evenly over the second layer of crackers.
4️⃣ Chill
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the layers begin to set.
