1️⃣ Make the Base
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture for rolling (optional), and keep the rest for mixing into the filling.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until fully combined and creamy.
- Fold in the graham cracker base mixture until evenly incorporated.
- Refrigerate the filling for 30–45 minutes to firm up slightly for rolling.
