👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Base

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture for rolling (optional), and keep the rest for mixing into the filling.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Fold in the graham cracker base mixture until evenly incorporated.
  4. Refrigerate the filling for 30–45 minutes to firm up slightly for rolling.
