No-Bake Pecan Coconut Praline Cookies

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Your Workspace:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. This will be where you drop your cookies to set. Keep it nearby as the mixture sets quickly once cooked.

2️⃣ Cook the Base:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and evaporated milk.
  2. Stir continuously until the butter is melted and the sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it continue boiling for 3 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking or scorching. The mixture should bubble and slightly thicken.

3️⃣ Add Flavors and Mix-Ins:

  1. Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Fold in the chopped pecans and shredded sweetened coconut. Mix thoroughly until everything is well coated and evenly distributed.
