  3. Place the dough on plastic wrap and roll it out into a thin rectangle.Use another piece of wrap or parchment on top to help roll it evenly without sticking.

2. Prepare the Cheesecake Cream

  1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.Mix until smooth and lump-free; the cream should be thick yet spreadable.
  2. Add cream or milk to thin the consistency (it should be spreadable, not runny).A soft, silky texture helps it adhere to the Oreo dough without tearing it.
  3. Spread the prepared cream over the rolled-out Oreo base.Leave a small border on one edge to prevent cream from squeezing out while rolling.
