1. Prepare the Oreo Base
- Grind the Oreos in a food processor until they become flour.Pulse until no large pieces remain; the mixture should be fine and evenly textured so it forms a cohesive dough.
- Add the milk and knead until you get a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.Start with 2 tablespoons and add more only if needed. The dough should be pliable and easy to shape.
- Place the dough on plastic wrap and roll it out into a thin rectangle.Use another piece of wrap or parchment on top to help roll it evenly without sticking.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Cream
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.Mix until smooth and lump-free; the cream should be thick yet spreadable.
- Add cream or milk to thin the consistency (it should be spreadable, not runny).A soft, silky texture helps it adhere to the Oreo dough without tearing it.
- Spread the prepared cream over the rolled-out Oreo base.Leave a small border on one edge to prevent cream from squeezing out while rolling.
