4️⃣ Assemble the Roll
- Unroll the cooled chocolate cake carefully. Spread the Oreo cream filling evenly over the surface, leaving a small border at the edges to prevent overflow.
- Re-roll the cake gently but tightly without the towel, using the parchment paper to assist.
- Wrap the filled roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before decorating.
5️⃣ Decorate & Serve
- Remove the chilled cake from the refrigerator and place on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top in a zigzag pattern and sprinkle with extra crushed Oreos.
- Chill for another 15 minutes to set the topping before slicing.
