6. Make the Frosting:

7. Assemble the Cake:

  1. Place one cooled cake layer on a serving plate or cake stand. Spread a generous layer of frosting over the top.
  2. Sprinkle Oreo chunks over the frosting.
  3. Top with the second cake layer. Spread frosting over the top and sides.
  4. Decorate the top with more Oreo chunks, pressing lightly so they stick to the frosting.
