5. Grill or Sear the Chicken

6. Assemble the Magic

  1. Place the cooked chicken breasts in a baking dish.Arrange them in a single layer so each piece can be evenly topped.
  2. Spoon the sautéed mushrooms generously over each breast, followed by the crumbled bacon.These layers add savory richness and texture to every bite.
  3. Finish with plenty of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese.Spread the cheese evenly so it melts into a thick, bubbly topping.
