1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
- Place each chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the coated chicken breasts.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer to a plate and set aside.
