Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce – Crispy, Golden & Indulgent

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Place each chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once hot, add the coated chicken breasts.
  3. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
