Peach Pie Cruffins – Flaky, Fruity & Irresistibly Sweet!

4️⃣ Roll & Slice

  1. Starting from the long edge, carefully roll the dough into a log.
  2. Use a sharp knife to cut the roll lengthwise into two long halves, exposing the layers.
  3. Cut each half into 3–4 shorter sections (depending on the size of your muffin tin).
  4. Gently twist or coil each section into a spiral and place into a muffin cup, cut side facing up.

5️⃣ Bake

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the cruffins are puffed, golden brown, and the filling is bubbling slightly.
  2. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
