Pumpkin Oatmeal Dump Cake 🎃🍂

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Layer the Pumpkin Mixture

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, spread the pumpkin puree evenly across the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger (if using), salt, and vanilla extract evenly over the pumpkin. Use a spatula or spoon to gently swirl or mix together in the pan.

2️⃣ Add the Cake & Oat Layers

  1. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer — do not mix it in.
  2. Top with a layer of old-fashioned oats and chopped nuts (if using).
  3. Slowly drizzle the melted butter evenly over the entire surface, trying to moisten as much of the dry mix as possible.
