Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake Brownies – Fudgy, Festive & Fall-Perfect

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Oven and Pan:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.

2️⃣ Make the Brownie Batter:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until glossy and slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt just until no dry streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  4. Set aside while preparing the swirl mixture.

3️⃣ Prepare the Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl:

  1. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add pumpkin purée, egg yolk, sugar, and spices. Mix until well-blended and creamy.
