Quick & Easy Baked Apple Fritters

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until evenly combined.

3️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients:

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

4️⃣ Combine & Fold:

  1. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped apples so they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
