1️⃣ Bake the Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).A fully heated oven ensures even baking and a fluffy cake texture.
2. Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions and pour into a greased 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) pan.Spread the batter evenly so the jelly later fills the holes uniformly.
3. Bake for 25–30 minutes.The cake should spring back lightly when touched, and a toothpick should come out clean.
4. Let cool completely.Cooled cake prevents the jelly from melting too deeply into the surface.
