- Β½ cup feta cheese, crumbled π§
- 1 small red onion, finely diced π§
- 1 garlic clove, minced π§
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped πΏ
- Zest of 1 lemon π
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice π
- 1 egg, lightly beaten π₯
- Β½ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch) π
- Salt & pepper, to taste π§
- 2β3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying) π«
For Serving (Optional):
- Greek yogurt with lemon & dill π₯
- Fresh salad or pita bread π₯
