Salmon Patties

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, beaten egg, lemon juice, and parsley (if using).
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.
  4. Shape into 6–8 patties, depending on your preferred size.

2️⃣ Cook the Patties

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Once hot, add the salmon patties in a single layer β€” do not overcrowd the pan.
  3. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  4. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
