Salted Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Bars 🍫🍰✨

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Brownie Base

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a thick batter forms. Spread into the prepared pan in an even layer.

2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Layer

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla, beating just until combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips. Gently spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
