For the Lamb Chops:
- 3β4 lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary or thyme
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Shrimp Fried Rice:
- Β½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Β½ cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
