- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place flatbreads on top.
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with cooked shrimp, shredded mozzarella, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8β10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
