Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan thoroughly, or spray with baking spray with flour.

Step 2: Cream the Butter & Sugar

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until very light and fluffy — about 4–5 minutes using an electric mixer on medium-high speed.

Step 3: Add Eggs & Extracts

  1. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  2. Mix in vanilla and almond extract.
