1️⃣ Make the Dough:
- In a small bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the flour. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead by hand for 8–10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Add a sprinkle of flour if the dough is too sticky.
2️⃣ First Rise:
- Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
3️⃣ Shape the Rolls:
- Punch down the risen dough and divide into 12 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and arrange them closely in a greased round or square baking dish.
- Cover loosely and let rise for another 30 minutes until puffy.
4️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
