Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Vegetables
- Wash and slice all the vegetables evenly so they cook quickly and retain their crunch.
- Keep the ingredients ready as stir-frying happens fast once you start.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), chili sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of pepper. Adjust spice level to your liking.
3️⃣ Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the carrots and broccoli first — cook for about 2–3 minutes since they take longer to soften.
- Add the zucchini and bell pepper, stirring constantly for another 2–3 minutes until all vegetables are tender-crisp.
4️⃣ Add the Sauce & Toss
- Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until everything is well mixed and glossy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or more chili sauce if needed.
5️⃣ Serve & Garnish
