: Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos 🍓🌮

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Taco Shells

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Use a round cookie cutter (about 3–4 inches) to cut circles from the flour tortillas (you should get 2–3 per tortilla).
  3. Brush both sides of each circle with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Carefully fold each circle over a greased oven-safe rack (or use upside-down muffin tin to form taco shapes).
  5. Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until creamy and light. Refrigerate until ready to use.
