Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Stock
- In a bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons of Knorrox garlic & onion stock powder in 2 cups of water. This will act as a savory base and salt substitute for the dish. Set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Aromatics
- In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, turmeric, and the garlic & ginger paste. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until fragrant and onions are tender.
Step 3: Build the Flavors
- Add paprika, chili flakes, chicken spice, and mixed herbs to the pot. Stir well to combine the spices into a fragrant paste.
- Add the cleaned chicken feet and tomato paste. Stir to coat the chicken feet evenly with the seasoning mixture.
