For the Teriyaki Salmon ๐ŸŸ

  • 4 salmon fillets (150โ€“200 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce ๐Ÿถ

  • 2 tablespoons sake (optional) ๐Ÿถ
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar ๐Ÿฏ

For the Sesame Noodles ๐Ÿœ

  • 250 g noodles (egg noodles, soba, or spaghetti)

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar ๐Ÿ‹
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup ๐Ÿฏ
