- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar ๐ฏ
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated ๐ฑ
- 1 clove garlic, minced ๐ง
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil ๐ฟ
For the Sesame Noodles ๐
- 250 g noodles (egg noodles, soba, or spaghetti)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil ๐ฟ
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce ๐ถ
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar ๐
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup ๐ฏ
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or tahini (optional) ๐ฅ
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes or sriracha (optional) ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1 clove garlic, minced ๐ง
Veggies & Garnishes ๐ฅ
- 1 carrot, julienned ๐ฅ
- 1 cucumber, julienned ๐ฅ
