Instructions
1. Prep the Ribs
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness (optional but recommended).
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2½ to 3 hours, until tender.
2. Make the Glaze
- While ribs are baking, combine all glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and stir until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce thickens slightly, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
