Vanilla Brown Sugar Party Ribs (Sweet, Sticky & Fall-Off-the-Bone)

Instructions

1. Prep the Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness (optional but recommended).
  3. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Wrap tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2½ to 3 hours, until tender.

2. Make the Glaze

  1. While ribs are baking, combine all glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce thickens slightly, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
