White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

Instructions

      1. Prepare the Crust:
        – Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
        – In a medium-sized bowl, combine the 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs and ¼ cup of granulated sugar. Stir well to combine.
        – Add the ½ cup of melted unsalted butter to the crumb mixture and stir until the mixture is evenly coated. The butter helps bind the crumbs together and adds richness to the crust.
        – Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass to press it down firmly.
        – Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
